Leslie Velásquez

QA Legal strengthens team with new partner and associates

QA Legal has announced the promotion of Leslie Velásquez Gallo (pictured) as a new partner, as well as the incorporation of José Francisco Inga Párraga, Valeria Victoria Solís de la Cruz and Cecilia Cabrera as associates of the firm.

Leslie joined the firm in 2020, and has focused her practice on advising domestic and foreign clients on regulatory issues in electricity, hydrocarbons, natural gas, utilities regulation and administrative law. He also advises on the development of infrastructure projects, through Public Private Partnerships in their different modalities.
