H & Cía promotes new partner
Hernández & Cía has announced the appointment of Juan Pablo Macassi (pictured) as a new partner in the Mining and Environmental areas.
Juan Pablo joined the firm in 2018 and has extensive experience in Mining and Natural Resources Law, Environmental and Administrative Law.
He is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), and holds Diplomas of Specialization in Administrative Law, State Contracting, Arbitration Integration for Arbitration Specialization, all of them from ESAN University, as well as an Executive Diploma in Mining Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
He is an active member of the Lima Bar Association; the International Bar Association; the National Institute of Mining, Petroleum and Energy Law; and the Alumni Council of the Administrative Law Circle – PUCP.
