Headrick promotes three to the partnership

Dominican Republic law firm Headrick Rizik Alvarez & Fernández announced three new partners.

With the promotion of Annalisa Jáquez Núñez, Eileen Jiménez Cantisano and Manuel Madera Acosta; Headrick is now home to 11 partners.

Jáquez a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, summa cum laude, in the Dominican Republic and obtained two master’s degrees from the Université de Droit, d’Économie et de Sciences Sociales de Paris, Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and the Université de Savoie (Chambéry-Annency). Her practice is focused on corporate law, real estate law and financial and regulatory laws.

Jiménez graduated summa cum laude from the Universidad Iberoamericana, and earned a master’s degree at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria – Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid. She is focused on structuring and implementation of real estate and tourism projects, business law, corporate law and M&A.

Madera also graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana and completed a master’s degree at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. Madera is a member of the firm’s litigation team, and has developed an expertise in arbitration, labour law and strategic advice to professional sports teams and leagues.
