H&K assists RCI Colombia in public bond offering

Holland & Knight has assisted RCI Colombia in a public bond offering on the Colombian Stock Exchange (BVC), which raised 200 billion Colombian pesos (approximately $53 million).

The bonds, issued on 4 April, were offered for 36 and 48 months. The bid/cover ratio was 1.68 times the initial offering of 130 billion Colombian pesos (approximately $35 million).

The issue was also registered in the National Registry of Securities and Issuers (RNVE) of the Financial Superintendency of Colombia (SFC). The securitisation was rated AAA by BRC Ratings – S&P Global S.A.

Headquartered in Colombia with offices in Envigado, RCI returns to the bond market after its last issuance in 2021 and plans to use the proceeds for further growth of the company.
