H&K counsels Cincalimentos in partnership with Innovoali of Grupo Bimbo
Holland & Knight Mexico has counselled Cincalimentos on a partnership agreement with Innovoali, a subsidiary of Grupo Bimbo, that will help both companies offer high quality ingredients and healthy products to the market. The partnership was announced on 12 September.
Cincalimentos, based in Mexico City, is a manufacturer of healthy food products sold under its CINCA brand. Its products are certified by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS) of the Mexican Ministry of Health, which guarantee compliance with food quality and safety standards, as well as the origin and manufacturing method of the products.
Innovoali, based in Mexico City, offers sustainable and nutritious bakery and snack products. Grupo Bimbo has 215 bakeries and plants, including more than 1,600 sales centres strategically located in 34 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa.
