H&K integrates 28 CCG lawyers
Holland & Knight has integrated the lawyers of Cuberos Cortés Gutiérrez (CCG), with a team of 28 lawyers: seven partners, two senior counsels and 19 associates, as well as four paralegals and various administrative staff.
The group of partners joining H&K includes Gustavo Cuberos Gómez (pictured top left), Edwin Cortés Mejía (pictured top centre, left), José Gutiérrez Mestre (pictured top centre, right), Camilo Cuervo Díaz (pictured top right), Alba Malagón Enemocón (pictured bottom left), Julia Velásquez Torres (pictured bottom centre) and Diego Acevedo Gámez (pictured bottom right).
Thanks to this merger, H&K strengthens its corporate, litigation, arbitration, labour, tax, infrastructure projects and real estate practices, as well as incorporating new practices including insolvency and public procurement.

With these additions, H&K now has 70 lawyers practicing in Bogotá. H&K’s new growth in Colombia follows the arrival of 17 new lawyers to its Mexico City and Monterrey offices in April.
