ZBV and PAGBAM counsel on issuance of FyO Series III Notes

Zang Bergel & Viñes Abogados counselled Futuros y Opciones.Com (FyO), and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen advised the underwriters, in the issuance of the Series III Notes, for a total nominal value of USD 20,000,000.

The Series III Notes were issued on 25 April, at an interest rate of 0.00% and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value, all under the framework of its Global Programme for the issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (not convertible into shares) for a nominal value of up to USD 50,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).

In addition, the Series III Notes are denominated in US dollars, were subscribed and integrated with pesos and/or in kind through the delivery of Series I Notes of FyO, and will be payable in pesos.

The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets and for trading on the Electronic Open Market (Mercado Abierto Electrónico).

BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Hipotecario, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Rosental, Industrial Valores, Facimex Valores, Futuros y Opciones.com, Parakeet Capital, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Invertir en Bolsa and Latin Securities acted as underwriters.
