Holland & Knight’s Bogotá office recruits two partners

Holland & Knight expanded its Bogotá practice with the addition of two new partners – Danilo Romero Raad and Julian Santos Rubino.

Danilo Romero Raad previously ran his own boutique firm – Romero Raad Abogados –  which focused on intellectual property, antitrust law, as well as consumer and data protection.

Julian Santos Rubino was previously Andean North government relations manager for ExxonMobil. Prior to that, he worked in the legal department at Drummond for ten years.

With the new arrivals, Holland & Knight’s Bogotá office now boasts a headcount of over 30 attorneys.

Commenting on his move, Romero Raad said: “Working in a small boutique firm is rewarding, but can also be limiting. I have many loyal clients who need access to additional legal services and now I’ll have an efficient way to deliver both quality and value through Holland & Knight’s considerable global network.”
