Humberto Sanches e Associados (HSA) announces the promotion of Renata Guimarães (pictured) to partner, further strengthening its practice in the Private Client sector, with a focus on wealth and succession planning. With more than a decade of experience, Renata brings to HSA a solid multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional expertise, qualities that have been fundamental in meeting the needs of individual clients in Brazil and abroad. Her practice ranges from the design of sophisticated structures, such as trusts, investment funds and corporations, to the reorganization of onshore and offshore assets.
In addition, Renata is a member of the New York State Bar Association, a strategic distinction that strengthens the firm’s ability to advise clients on projects involving multiple jurisdictions. Her experience includes implementing legal solutions in international relocation processes to destinations such as the United States, Portugal, Italy and Uruguay.
Renata also leads real estate projects, assists in complex purchase and sale transactions, gifts, corporate reorganizations, and advises on corporate and governance issues for family businesses.
