Humberto Sanches e Associados announces new managing partner
Humberto Sanches e Associados (HSA), has announced that Flávia Allegro Gerola (pictured) as the firm’s new managing partner. The lawyer arrives with the goal of strengthening the firm’s tax planning and contributing to its expansion in administrative and judicial litigation.
With recognized expertise and a solid career of more than 15 years in Tax and Succession Planning, as well as Tax Litigation, especially in the administrative field, Flávia holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) and Wealth Planner certificate from Northwestern University (Chicago) and postgraduate degree in Tax Law from PUC-SP.
As a researcher, she is also a member of the study group “Taxation of the Rich” at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT). Flávia is the author of several articles in the Tax and Succession Planning area.
The specialist has worked for major law firms such as Trench Rossi Watanabe, Baker McKenzie in Chicago and Miami in the United States, Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão (BMA) and Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados.
