Veirano and BZCP advise Grão Direto’s investment round
Veirano Advogados and Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados (BZCP) advised on the transcition which BASF joined Grão Direto’s new Series B investment round, which raised R$90 million. Amount of BASF Venture Capital investment and equity interest in Grão Direto remains confidential.
Through its venture capital unit, BASF Venture Capital had already invested in the platform at the beginning of 2024 and now strengthens its involvement in Grão Direto.
