Lefosse advises Paramount on the sale of Porta dos Fundos
Lefosse acted as legal counsels to VIMN Brasil Participações and Paramount Entertainment Brasil on the sale of their equity interest in Porta dos Fundos Produtora e Distribuidora Audiovisual.
With the transaction, Porta dos Fundos is once again an independent production company and is still under the command of three of the five founding partners: Fábio Porchat, Gregório Duvivier, and João
Vicente de Castro.
