i2a Advogados assists Vórtx in the acquisition of Capital Aberto

i2a Advogados has assisted Vórtx, an infrastructure services company for the financial market, in the acquisition of Editora Capital Aberto, a publisher specializing in the production of journalistic and educational content on investments and business.

Wit this deal, Vórtx intends to expand its activities to the educational area aimed at people who already work in the capital markets area but are looking to deepen their knowledge.
