i2a and PGLaw acted in Vórtx’s acquisition of Basement Soluções
i2a Advogados has advised Vórtx, which offers back-office solutions to the financial market, in its acquisition of 51% of Basement Soluções de Captação e Registro, which provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for high growth companies to manage stock options, cap table and financing rounds, from the early stages to the IPO.
Basement was assisted by legal boutique PGLaw. The transaction was carry out through Vorasys Tecnologia e Participações, a company from the Vórtx Group, and Arco ILP, parent company of Basement.
The deal is inserted in Vórtx strategic plan of becoming the biggest provider of back-office services for the Brazilian capital market and also to offer solutions to Brazilian companies that wish to raise capital and to have a broad cap table.
