i2a Advogados advised Kinea Investimentos and Intrag; PMK Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA, as the lead underwriter, on the first public offering of shares by Kinea Oportunidades Real Estate Investment Fund in the total amount of BRL 962,500,000.00.
The public offering was registered before cvm 160. The Fund is managed by Kinea Investimentos and administered by Intrag Distribuidora e Títulos e Valores Mobiliários.
