Integra Legal becomes EY Law
Integra Legal, a regional legal practice which launched in Central America in 2014, has announced it becomes EY Law.
In 2014, the legal practices of Integra Abogados, in Costa Rica, and Möller Abogados, in Guatemala, joined EY Central America under the name Integra legal. The firm initially incorporated legal services to EY Central America in those countries and later expanded to Panama and the Dominican Republic.
EY Central America has a team of more than 102 lawyers operating in the region, working alongside experienced professionals from areas such as consulting and tax.
EY Law incorporates a disruptive approach specialized in emerging markets and sectors such as innovation, technology, startups, venture capital and impact investment. It covers the areas of corporate and commercial, real estate, M&A, consumer protection and competition, financial services, labour and employment, litigation and arbitration, insurance, IP and other practice areas.
The rebranding is perceived as strong sign of EY´s drive to solidify its legal services throughout the region.
