IWMelcheds advise the Allcom on the acquisition of Supper Certo

IWMelcheds Advogados advised the Allcom Group on the acquisition of 50% of the shares of the insurtech Supper Certo Seguros, in a transaction valued at BRL10 million.

The Allcom Group operates in the Internet of Things (IoT), critical mission, and private networks. Supper Certo, on the other hand, operates a marketplace model, bridging the final consumer and companies in the sector.
