T&C advises Capitânia Investimentos on the distribution of shares
Tauil & Chequer Advogados, in association with Mayer Brown, advised Capitânia Investimentos on the public offering of shares in the 4th issue of the Capitânia Shoppings Real Estate Investment Fund (CPSH11), pursuant to CVM Resolution 160.
The offering raised R$166.15 million.
The transaction was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira (pictured) and associates João Bertanha and Sarah Dardenne, all from the Capital Markets and Securitization practice.
