Jones Day advises Zhejiang Holley on $500m Mexico industrial park scheme

Jones Day has advised Zhejiang Holley and Futong Investment on a $500 million deal to develop an industrial park in Monterrey, Mexico.

 

Manuel Romano and Mauricio Llamas, partners in the Mexico City office of Jones Day, led the team advising Zhejiang Holley and Futong Investment.

The development will include industrial and residential property.

According to the Zhejiang Holley website, the company specialises in “international trade and overseas investment”.
