TozziniFreire instructed on Radius’ acquisition of B&B Gestão in Brazil

Brazilian law firm TozziniFreire advised Radius, a UK-based consultancy, on its acquisition of B&B Gestão, a São Paulo-based consultancy and accounting firm.

 

The deal, the value of which was undisclosed, represents the first Brazilian acquisition made by Radius.

Marcela Ejnisman led the TozziniFreire team working on the deal.

Headquartered in the UK, Radius also has offices in the US, Brazil, China, Germany, India, Japan and Singapore.
