Jones Day assists lenders in $300m financing to FUNO

Jones Day has counselled a syndicate of lenders on a green financing to Fibra UNO for the Mitikah project

 Jones Day, through its Mexico City office, has assisted Banco Santander as green agent, administrative agent and lender, BBVA, HSBC, Banco Sabadell (Sabcapital), Banregio and Intercam Banco as lenders, in the execution of a green credit facility in Mexican pesos equivalent to USD 300 million, granted to a vehicle controlled by Fibra UNO (FUNO), for the construction and development of “Mitikah”, a mixed-use residential, business and commercial real estate project located in Mexico City.

Jones Day’s team was led by partners Alberto de la Parra and Arturo de la Parra, and included of counsel Mauricio Llamas, associate Alexandra Sibaja and Eduardo Monterde.
