Jones Day instructed on Atlas’ acquisition of IPS

Jones Day advised Atlas Holdings on its acquisition of the Interactive Printer Solutions (“IPS”) division of NCR Corporation. 

IPS is a global provider of consumable products and solutions for transactions, logistics and business processes. Atlas Holdings is a private equity firm specializing in special situations, buyouts, bankruptcy purchases, restructurings, turnarounds, leveraged ESOP acquisitions, and difficult transactions.

The deal, of undisclosed value, included the acquisition of manufacturing facilities in Chile and Mexico, as well as other operational assets in over 30 countries, including Spain.
