KLA advises IFC on investment in BlaBlaCar
KLA Advogados advised IFC Venture Capital (World Bank) on a investment in BlaBlaCar Brazil (Comuto Serviços de Tecnologia), a Brazilian subsidiary of BlaBlaCar France.
KLA was hired to review of the business carrried out in Brazil by BBC and to provide to IFC and investors an overview of BBC’s business and main regulatory challenges in the Brazilian market, together with the financing agreements. The analysis was focused also on the technology used by BBC to provide intermediation services through a digital technological platform, technical and computer services required to manage, structure and provide information; reservation services for bus passengers, through a digital technological platform provided by transport companies.
