KLA and Mattos Filho work on acquisition by Bunzl Group
KLA assisted Pactual Comércio de Descartáveis e Limpeza and Lanlimp Comércio de Descartáveis e Limpeza in the joint sale transaction of 70% of their equity interests to Group Bunzl, shich was advised by Mattos Filho.
Despite the transfer of corporate control of the entities, the management of Pactual and Lanlimp will remain with Founders, working together with Bunz management.
The acquisition signifies a strategic and substantial expansion by Bunzl into the Brazilian market, granting it access to a consolidated business framework embodied by Pactual and Lanlimp. This transaction offers Bunzl the opportunity to align itself with two Brazilian companies and partners, aligning sales strategy with market recognition.
