KLA assists Raia Drogasil in new deal
KLA Advogados advised RD ADS a company fully owned by Raia Drogasil on the acquisition of the totality of the equity stake held by Rafael Russi Cordeiro in the corporate capital of Eloopz Serviços e Promoções de Vendas EIRELI.
Increase of Raia Drogasil development of publicity and advertising solutions, in order to positivitly impact its 45 million active customers, intensify out-of-home digital media operations in Raia Drogasil S.A.’s pharmacies, and strengthen the advertising strategy in physical and digital channels through RD ADS.
KLA relied on partners Luiz Filipe Aranha and Flávia Altério and associates André Maruch, Bruna de Cesare, Eliane Bordin and Nathalia Abe.
Fiuza Ramos Advogados was also involved at this deal.
