Veirano advise Nuseed on the acquisition of Bioflex
Veirano Advogados advised Atlântica Sementes, Nuseed’ subisidiary in Brazil – a seed technology company, on the acquisition from Bioflex Agroindustrial, Granbio’ subsidiary, an indistrial biotechnology company, energy cane assets, including germplasm, breeding materials and related know-how.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
