Lacaz Martins and FLH advise on CRI issue by Opea
Lacaz Martins, Pereira Neto, Gurevich & Schoueri advised the issuer; FLH advised Itaú BBA on the structuring and negotiation of the 428th issue of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by Opea Securitizadora, in the total amount of BRL 240 million.
The CRI are backed by credit rights assigned by BB Premium Malls Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário de Responsabilidade Limitada. The CRI were the object of a public offering under the terms of CVM Resolution 160, of July 13, 2022, to professional investors and were fully placed.
