Larrain acts in financing for Ruta de la Araucanía
Larrain y Asociados has acted as advisor to the creditors in the structuring, documentation and closing of an additional financing granted to Ruta de la Araucanía Sociedad Concesionaria, in the amount of UF 500,000 (approximately US$20,000,000).
The funds will be used for the execution of certain works related to the International Concession Ruta 5 Collipulli Temuco Section. The transaction was secured by the usual guarantees for this type of financing.
This transaction was closed on 29 November 2023. Banco de Chile, Banco del Estado de Chile and Banco Itaú Chile acted as lenders. Morales & Besa acted as legal counsel to the concessionaire.
