Larrain advises Sacyr Finco in €75m financing
Larrain y Asociados has advised Sacyr Finco, a company controlled by the Spanish Sacyr Group, on a EUR 75,000,000 financing granted by the Spanish Development Finance Company, COFIDES.
The financing included personal guarantees from other Sacyr Group entities, guarantees granted directly by Sacyr Finco and the constitution of a pledge on the shares issued by the latter.
The closing of the transaction took place on 23 December 2024 and was advised by legal teams in Chile and Spain. A&O Shearman advised Sacyr in Spain, while Garrigues advised COFIDES in both Chile and Spain.
Antonia Silva Menares acted as in-house counsel to Sacyr.
