Larrain represents BHP in BOOT with Gasco Solar Térmico Uno
Larrain y Asociados has represented BHP Minera Escondida Limitada in the execution of a BOOT contract with Gasco Solar Térmico Uno, a subsidiary of Empresas Gasco, for the supply of thermal energy to the mine site.
The project, agreed in May 2023, involves an estimated investment of US$50,000,000, to be disbursed over approximately two years. The agreed supply period amounts to 20 years.
Barros y Errázuriz acted as advisor to Gasco through partner Nicolás Balmaceda, and associates Nicole Ubal, Sebastián Rosende and Martín Vial.
