ARIFA acts on Hyatt’s acquisition of Mr & Mrs Smith

Panamanian law firm Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has acted as legal advisor to a subsidiary of Hyatt Hotels Corporation with the Panamanian aspects of the financing for the acquisition of 100% of the London-based Mr & Mrs Smith platform.

With this acquisition, Hyatt is expected to be able to offer its guests and members more global luxury offerings and unique stay experiences in hundreds of geographies, consolidating its position in the luxury sector.
