Bruchou and TCA advise on new issue of Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia Notes

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the underwriters, in the placement of the Additional Class K Notes, Class M Notes and Class N Notes.

The issue was made under the Simplified Frequent Issuer Regime, where the Additional Class K Notes were issued for a par value of US$ 18,000,000, the Class M Notes for a par value of $ 2,285,083,000 Argentine Pesos, and the Class N Notes for a par value of US$ 24,803,101.

In addition, all the Notes issued were authorised for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA) and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).

Allaria, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Itaú Argentina, Banco Santander Argentina, Facimex Valores, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Invertir en Bolsa, Itaú Valores, Max Capital, PP Inversiones and TPCG Valores acted as underwriters. 

Mariano Juarez Goñi, Florencia Fridman and Anabela Mengoni acted as in-house counsels to Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia.
