Carey counsels H&CO on purchase of Inxap’s SAP Business One
Carey has counselled H&CO Technology Advisors, a US accounting and consulting firm, on the purchase of Inxap’s SAP Business One business in Chile and Argentina.
The transaction, which closed on 21 April, also included the purchase of Inxap’s cloud solutions business in Chile.
Other participating firms were Richards Cardinal Tutzer Zabala & Zaefferer as counsel to H&CO in Argentina, and Pellegrini Elizalde Bull & Ruiz Abogados as counsel to Inxap.
Richards Cardinal Tutzer Zabala & Zaefferer’s team included partners Mariana Vázquez, Hernán Camarero and Jorge Tutzer.
Pellegrini Elizalde Bull & Ruiz Abogados was represented by Jaime Figueroa.
Carey’s team was led by partner Marcos Ríos (pictured), with support from associates Juan Pablo De la Maza and Fernanda Pardo.
