Larrain y Asociados has assisted Banco Security in the financing of Fondo de Inversión Público Penta Las Américas Infraestructura Tres
Chilean law firm Larrain y Asociados has advised Banco Security in the negotiation, documentation and closing of an additional financing for an amount of UF 420,000,000 (US$17,000,000 approx.) granted to FONDO DE INVERSION PÚBLICO PENTA LAS AMERICAS INFRAESTRUCTURA TRES.
The transaction, closed on 6 April, involved the modification of the documentation of the existing financing between Banco Security and the Fund, as well as the extension of the financing’s collateral package.
