LDCM Advogados announces the arrival of a new partner

LDCM Advogados has announced the arrival of a new partner, Tatiana Ferri (pictured), to consolidate its position as a cross-border dispute resolution boutique.

Tatiana worked in international commercial disputes at the renowned law firm White & Case in London.

Prior to that, she worked at a Brazilian strategic litigation firm and as General Counsel for one of the largest infrastructure companies in Brazil. Her arrival strengthens the firm’s performance in transnational strategic litigation and arbitration cases, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in Brazil and abroad.

Tatiana has represented clients in international commercial arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA and ICDR rules, and assisted clients in the pre-litigation and advisory phases. She has acted in several high profile cases on different continents. Her experience includes the construction, oil and gas, energy, mining, insurance, railroad, and corporate sectors, among others. Since February 2022, Tatiana is the coordinator of ICC Brazil’s Arbitration and Infrastructure Task Force.

Tatiana Ferri has a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is qualified to practice law in Brazil, England, and Wales. She holds a Masters in Law from Queen Mary University of London, and has post-graduate degrees in Administrative Law from FGV-SP and Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP.
