Lefosse advises Vero on the acquisition of Fixtell
Lefosse advised Vero on the acquisition of Fixtell Internet, which operates in the multimedia telecommunication services sector, among other activities, in the state of Goiás and Distrito Federal.
It has approximately 36,000 subscribers and has infrastructure covering approximately 400,000 residences (HP). The acquisition represents the entry of Vero in the Midwest (centro-oeste) region of Brazil and is part of Vero’s strategy to strengthen and diversify its services with the expansion of its operations.
Vero now serves approximately 204 cities with FTTH (fiber to the home) network, and, further to Goiás and Distrito Federal, has operations in Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná and Santa Catarina, with over 3 million HPs and 700 thousand subscribers.
