Lefosse act as deal counsel on the CRI issuance of Virgo
Lefosse has acted as deal counsel on the 167th issuance of Real State Receivables (CRI), in a single series, of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, in the total amount of BRL 300 million, coordinated by BTG Pactual Investment Banking, acting as lead underwriter pursant to CVM 160, as amended.
The CRI is backed by real state credit rights issued by Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários. The totality of the net proceeds raised by Multiplan though the offer will be allocated by the issuer, in their entirety, directly or through its subsidiaries and/or controlled companies, directly or indirectly in which it invests funds obtained from the issuance of the debentures in the payment of real estate expenses and costs not yet incurred by the company, related to the construction, expansion, development and renovation, of business units located in certain properties.
