Lefosse act deal counsel on the Canuma Capital FII issuance
Lefosse acted as deal counsel on the public offering for the distribution of 13,071,263 shares of the fourth issuance of Canuma Capital Multiestratégia Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário (CCME11), pursuant to CVM Resolution 160, in the total amount of BRL 145.875.295,08.
