Lefosse acts on the structuring of Verde Asset Agro e Imobiliário
Lefosse assisted Verde Asset group, a leading Brazilian investment management firm, on the structuring and registration of Verde Asset Agro e Imobiliário, an asset manager focused on the management of real estate investment funds (FII) and agribusiness investment funds (Fiagro).
Lefosse’s work comprised the preparation and registration of the corporate documents, regulatory advice, as well as the preparation of the relevant documents and registration request of the asset manager with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) and ANBIMA.
