Lefosse acts on AZ Quest Infra-Yield FIP-IE follow-on offering
Lefosse advised AZ Quest in the public offering for the distribution of 25,080,910 shares of the second issuance of AZ Quest Infra-Yield Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura, with a price per share of BRL 10.00, totaling BRL 250,809,100.00.
The offering was conducted by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, acting as lead underwriter, and involved 4,970 investors.
The fund is managed by AZ Quest, a leading Brazilian alternatives investment management company, and is focused on investing in securities issued by Brazilian target companies which develop infrastructure projects.
Lefosse’s team was comprised of the partner André Montanholi Mileski (pictured left), and the associates Matheus Maiotto, Rodrigo Bertholdo, and Gustavo Rodrigues.
Cescon Barrieu acted as counsel to the lead underwriter and relied on partner Vitor Arantes (pictured right) and associate José Altamiro Junior.
