Lefosse advise IT4 and Sisfinance on their sale to BRItech

Lefosse acted as legal advisor to IT4 Financial Services, IT4 Finance Consultoria de Sistemas together with IT4 Financial, and Sisfinance Evolução Processamento de Dados, in connection with the sale of 100% of their capital stock to BRItech.

Lefosse advised IT4 Financial Services and relied on partner Christiano Rehder (pictured); associates Karina Vlahos; Luisa Leite; Vinicius Salvino and assistant Luca Carioni.
