Lefosse advise on deal between Eneva, Focus and Granha Ligas

Lefosse has acted as legal counsel for Eneva and Focus Futura Holding Participações in connection with the sale of 100% of the shares issued by Focus Mais Geração Distribuida Participações and Focus Geração Barbacena, to Granha Ligas.

Eneva is one of the largest integrated energy generators in Brazil and Eneva operates not only with the exploration and production (E&P) of natural gas but also in the supply of energy solutions.

Focus Mais affiliates’ main operational assets are the hydroelectric power plant named Camanducaia, with an installed capacity of 2,61 MW, located in the city of Camanducaia, State of Minas Gerais, in Brazillian Southeast region, and CGH Cachoeira Espírito Santo, with an installed capacity of 1,68 MW, located in the city of São Francisco do Glória, State of Minas Gerais, in Brazillian Southeast region.

Focus Barbacena’s main operational assets are the hydroelectric power plant named CGH Lavras, with an installed capacity of 1,20 MW, located in the city of Barbacena, State of Minas Gerais, in Brazillian Southeast region, and CGH Ilheus, with an installed capacity of 2,56 MW, located in the city of Barbacena, State of Minas Gerais, in Brazillian Southeast region.

The transaction was concluded with the payment of BRL 39,130,826.28.
