Lefosse advised Porto Venture – Fundo de Investimento em Participação Multiestratégia on the acquisiton of minority interest (38%) in the share capital of Tech4Humans Tecnologia da Informação.
The transaction is aligned with the purpose of developing increasingly customized solutions for Porto Seguro Bank, the company’s business and vertical financial services whose portfolio includes credit cards, loans, financing, consortiums, and others.
