Lefosse advises Canuma Capital and BTG Pactual in FII follow-ons
Lefosse advised Brazilian investment manager Canuma Capital and the lead underwriter Banco BTG Pactual, as deal-counsel, on the third issuance of shares by Canuma Capital Multiestratégia Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, a Brazilian-formed real estate investment fund, in the amount of BRL253,850 million.
The same Lefosse’s team also recently advised Canuma Capital and BTG Pactual on the second issuance of shares made by the fund, in the amount of BRL53 million. The proceeds of both offerings are to be used by the fund for the purchase of real estate assets and shopping malls.
