VBSO advises CAGECE on the issue of commercial notes
VBSO Advogados advised the structuring of the public offer, with straight underwriting, of the 1st (first) issue of book-entry commercial notes, without guarantee, in a single series, of Companhia de Água e Esgoto do Ceará – CAGECE, with the intermediation of Banco ABC and Banco Itaú BBA, under the terms of the CVM 160. The transaction value was BRL 100 million.
