Lefosse advises Eneva on the acquisition of Termofortaleza

Lefosse represented Eneva in connection in the negotiation and conclusion of the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by CGTF – Central Geradora Termelétrica Fortaleza wholly-owned by Enel Brasil.

The transaction value was BRL 489,755,891.94.

Lefosse relied on partners (in the image to left from right) Felipe Gibson, Felipe Boechem, Jayme Freitas, José Carlos Berardo and Raphael Gomes; and associates Carolina Lamare, Arão Kang, Carla Steinberg and Lara Seikel.
