Mattos Filho and Machado Meyer act on Itaúsa debenture issue
Mattos Filho advised the issuer; Machado Meyer advised the arrangers on the 5th issue of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, unsecured, in two Ssries, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, according to the CVM 476, under firm underwriting commitment of Itaúsa, in the total amount of BRL 3.5 billion.
Mattos Filho advised Itaúsa and relied on partners Flavia Magliozzi (pictured left) and Marina Anselmo Schneider (pictured center) and associate Laura Maria Capellão.
Machado Meyer advised Banco Itaú BBA, Banco Bradesco BBI, Banco Santader (Brasil) and relied on partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured right) and lawyers Carolina Maronez Barreto, Luis Filipe Gentil Pedro and Rafaela Alencar Gomes.
