BMA advises the creditors on financing contract to 3R Petroleum

3R Petroleum Óleo e Gás through its wholly owned subsidiary 3R Lux, a private limited liability company, as debtor, has contracted a financing with financial institutions, led by Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, as lenders, advised by BMA in the commitment amount of $500 million dollars, through the execution of a “Credit and Guarantee Agreement” between the debtor, the creditor financial institutions, the company and certain subsidiaries of the company, UMB Bank, N.A. and TMF Group New York.
