Lefosse advises on BRL 200m Riza CRI issuance
Lefosse has advised Brasil Terrenos Holding as deal counsel in the 322nd issuance of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), in a single series, by Riza Securitizadora, totaling BRL 200 million. The offering was coordinated by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, acting as lead underwriter, and was carried out under CVM 160, and CVM 60, as amended, together with other applicable regulations.
The CRI is backed by real estate credit rights arising from commercial notes issued by Brasil Terrenos Holding. The net proceeds from the issuance will be used entirely by Riza Securitizadora to pay the subscription amount of the commercial notes.
The Lefosse team advising Brasil Terrenos Holding was led by partners Ricardo Prado and Mariana Pollini, together with associates Isabela Magalhães and Gustavo Brandão, and legal team members Victor Alamar and Yasmin Jorge.
XP Investimentos, acting as lead underwriter, was represented by in-house counsel Luana Nunes.
