Lefosse advises Vivo on the acquisition of Vale Saúde
Lefosse has acted as counsel to Pop Internet, a subsidiary of Telefônica Brasil (Vivo), one of the largest telecommunications service operators globally in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by Vale Saúde Administradora de Cartões.
The transaction was worth BRL 60 million (subject to price adjustment and achievement of certain earn-out goals).
The transaction strengthens Vivo’s offering of a digital ecosystem and promotes relevant services complementary to its business model.
